Alternatives to Violence-Conflict Resolution, Negotiation, and Mediation
With the escalation of violence in our society, developing alternative models for teaching kids how to solve problems has become critical. In Part One, students learn the value of problem solving and conflict resolution as alternatives to fighting. In Part Two, teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents learn methods of employing conflict resolution skills in everyday interactions in school and at home.
